Thanks Bob and Ray,

As a retired teacher who still works with school clubs I am very impressed 
with the structure and intention of this program.

At my school club, we sometimes bought license manuals and loaned them to 
the kids.  We did not think of the accountability structure in the Chapter 
165 plan.  I am certainly going to try to adopt it for this school year.
