[QCWA] QCWA Chapter 119 at Virginia Beach Hamfest

QCWA Chapter 119 will welcome members and friends from the region at the 
Virginia Beach Hamfest, scheduled for September 11, 2010.  This will be 
a full feature hamfest: some commercial vendors, private 'tailgate' and 
tables, and MARS, DX, QCWA, ARRL forums, and an special Elmers forum.  
Chapter 119 Longevity Awards for 2010 will be presented at the QCWA Forum. 

One of the highlights of the occasion will be a DX Dinner with 
well-known and respected DXer, Bob Alphin, K4UEE, as the dinner program 
speaker.  For more information about the hamfest, and for reserved
