"Group - what happens when we hit 50 years as a ham (1960 first licensed
here)?
Any 1/2 CWA group around?
Art K5FNQ"

Actually Art, the Old Old Timers Club requires you to be licensed for 45 years. Go for it. No law saying you can't belong to both QCWA and the OOT's.

Seriously though, this discussion thread addressing our membership challenges is one of the most interesting I've seen on the reflector.  My thanks to Dave (VE3JX) for leading us through one of the most important and common topics being discussed in most QCWA chapters today. I think the list that Dave is compiling is a great start.  But, in the end, it really is up to us to provide more organizational relevance to all of our members - both current and potential.

Thanks all - keep those ideas coming.
