Many Hams are introverts, on a mike, key or keyboard they can communicate all day long. 
In person they're a clam.

If you see someone at your meeting that you don't know and they are being ignored, excuse 
yourself from the group you are shooting the breeze with and make them un-ignored?  Or 
better yet, take the group with you.

Either way, the responsibility is yours, the power is yours, the pleasure of making a new 
friend that happens to be a Ham, is also yours.

You have the power, enjoy using it!
