[QCWA] Old Call Book Needed

This is for nostalgia purposes.  I'd like to find someone with a summer 1959
Call book.  That's when I was first licensed and I know my old call sign is
in it.  I'd like to get a good, clean scan of the page along with a scan of
the contents page of the magazine so I can frame them.
