Thank you Dave.

You are right on!  If size limitations prevent us from delivering the whole QCWA
Journal, perhaps a subset newsletter, which could be called something like
"Journal Essentials".

It would include the President's message, the GM's message, any reports or
messages from QCWA Committees or Directors, any QCWA Bulletins about national 
(international) events or Conventions, reports from international chapters, and 
articles of general interest as space permits; all subject to Publications 
Committee approval of course.
