Nice newsletters but the March 2008 issue is only 8 pages but is a whopping 
1.6 meg file.

Extrapolating it out, a 60 page Journal would be larger than most ISPs allow 
anyone to receive.

How do they do it?
o They have three staff members for an eight page newsletter.
o They received articles from four authors.
o It probably starts out being designed to be e-published and not printed.
o A lot of work!
