Greetings OMs and XYLs,

    Recently, the Amateur Radio Banner Exchange went dark without any
warning.  Attempts to contact the site owner have been unsuccessful.  After
a number of attempts were made with the assistance of another ham/Webmaster
in the UK, I decided to create a replacement service for it.

    It is called the Ham Banner Exchange.  I purchased a commercial script
to get it online fast.  You can read about it at
http://www.cq-cq.org/HBEinfo.php .  The site is at http://www.cq-cq.org .

    The only reason the sign up asks for your mailing address is because it
is hard coded/PHP compiled and changing it is not an easy task.  The
manufacturer has promised me a revision where the address won't be necessary
(except the email address).  For now, just enter some gibberish to 'make it
happy'.  I don't need your mailing address.
