[QCWA] Address Help N4HKS

In a qso with N4HKS, working portable in Nashville, TN,  I agreed to send him an item by US mail, as he said he had no PC. He told me is address was OK in qrz.com, but mail addressed to that QTH (Covington, TN) was returned -- "Addressee unknown." Can anyone in either Nashville or Covington, TN, help me find his address? He is Bill Dearing, a 71 year old gentleman, an ex-railroad telegrapher.
