Greetings Larry and all,
I guess I have to take the blame on this one. I had seen the item in question on the ARRL website and got a chuckle out of it. I
turned around and sent it out to everyone who receives our local club's newsletter, hoping to spread a little humour and happiness
in doing so.
Bob receives my newsletter and I guess he enjoyed the bulletin I sent out, and thought it good to pass the humour and joy along to
other QCWA members.
I have had several replies to the bulletin locally, and all have been appreciative and positive. I am sorry to hear that you did
not like it, or, rather that you received it multiple times. You must remember that, since you receive the QCWA forum messages in
Digest format, you will get the messages delayed from when they were sent out. The date on the message as sent by Bob was the
first. Your reception of the digest was the second.
Sorry for any consternation I've caused. We meant no harm.
Have a great day!
Cheers,
Dave Hayes VE3JX.
