Walt, you may want to consider cutting him some slack, and maybe reading more 
carefully before you speak too quickly.  I agree that this member has a gift of 
WRITING VERY WELL, but if his member number is any clue of how long he has been 
a member, and that's way it supposed to work, I think his RESEARCH...opps, just 
got caught in a server flitter I think...his RESEARCH WAS RIGHT ON.

I reread all three of them, and I think like the professional he surely must be, he avoided throwing mud, naming names, and pointing fingers when that would have been very easy to do.

Why are you being so defensive, Walt?  I don't think he's talking about you at all!  I read his work to say that seldom have Board Minutes posted by any Secretary.  Can you tell me of the number of ALL Board meetings held for the past five years or so, or since the QCWA list commenced, that HAVE BEEN POSTED on the list, on the website, or in the Journal?

Isn't his point that "once in a blue moon" simply doesn't cut it?

And what about the Standing Committee Minutes?  Do you regularly find those in 
one of the three places I mentioned, or anywhere else where members who care can 
read them.  I think his innuendo of secrecy, along with opportunities for 
improvement fit like a glove.
