[QCWA] FALL QSO PARTY

Jose.......I worked you and a W8 yesterday at the start of the party.
Following that I sat there for an hour without hearing another QCWA station. 
(20M cw)

I was hearing the European contesters and some W7's in a contest so I know 
propogation was there even if not the best conditions.

Our problem appears to be a lack of interest or motivation.
