It is with profound grief that I must report to you the following Silent Key from our QCWA Michigan Chapter 10:

Mr. Currin L. Skutt, W8FSZ
Lansing, MI
QCWA Membership # 10287

Silent Key on September 10, 2008, in Lansing, MI.

Age 91 years.  First licensed in 1950, Currin joined QCWA Michigan Chapter 10 in 1975 and faithfully served this chapter in various capacities, including Secretary/Treasurer,  having "retired" from that post in 2003.  He was very active in all QCWA activities, was an exemplary Amateur Radio Operator, a "gentle giant", who loved and faithfully served his Lord, Family, and many friends.  He will be deeply missed by all of us.

(At this writing, details of his memorial service are incomplete.  Arrangements are being handled by the Gorsline Runciman Funeral Home of Lansing, MI.)
