[QCWA] QCWA Chapter 119 October Meeting -- Virginia Beach, VA

Third week in October -- must be a QCWA meeting in the air!

Friday, October 17, 2008 at NOON at our regular meeting place -- 
FRANKIE'S PLACE FOR RIBS, 5200 Fairfield Shopping Center, in the strip 
mall at the corner of Kempsville and Providence Roads in beautiful 
downtown Kempsville, Virginia Beach.

Several of our members are cruising the high seas this week but there 
should be a nice turnout for the event.  Discussions will center around 
the wrap-up of the Convention, access to convention photos, new material 
for the QCWA Chapter 119 web site, and plans for the Fourth Quarter of 
this year.  Elections will be coming up and we will need a slate of 
officers for the next year.  And then there is the Annual Holiday Gala 
to discuss -- SO much to do, so little time!

New members are especially encouraged to attend, if possible.  Spouses 
are ALWAYS welcome at QCWA events.  And, if you're heading our way, be a
