[QCWA] Stuart FL Hamfest March 15 will have QCWA Forum

Early notice:

There will be a QCWA forum at the Stuart FL Hamfest (which 
is also the South Florida Section Convention this year).

It will be held in Room #2 at 11:30 AM on Saturday, March 15.

Any one who will be in the area is invited to join us at the forum, 
and also invited to stop by the QCWA table.
