This thread seems to have run it's course,  I encourage those that wish to 
continue discussion to take please it off the reflector.

For those that want this change, the President Elect told you a week ago how 
to pursue it.

Please know that we do have non QCWA Members subscribed to this reflector 
and some of these comments are very close to flaming and that isn't needed 
buy anyone.
