did the same thing that was done back in the =9180=92s as did Dick Bash.  They have marketed the concept of =93responsibility without accountability." Increase the number of new hams in order to increase their membership and sell radios and supplies for the big manufacturers.  We now have a mass of new hams who know virtually nothing, and have no plans are learning anything.  I'm not saying this is true of all the new hams, but for some; many are glorified, extra class (AKA "extra light") hams," who cannot put batteries in a flash light, but they have a Visa Gold Card.  All they want to know is how to operate their equipment and nothing more!   I'm referring to watering the entry requirements to QCWA to anyone having less than 25 years allowing them to be eligible. And, now should they be allowed to be a member of QCWA?

I still agree, and will always maintain, that any radio amateur, military, or commercial operator should be allowed into QCWA ONLY if they were licensed at least 25 years ago.

Sorry Gang, QCWA means 25 years and no less!  I truly believe we
should create, implement, and allow for an "Associate Membership", for all of the family members and those Hams as a future resource.
