[QCWA] QCWA - 2008 Election Results - reformatted

Something I don't understand is why the BoD and officers don't use 
this forum to communicate with those of us who are computer savvy. 
Posting messages here along with publication in the Journal would be 
nice.

It also would be  nice to read messages from the candidates before 
elections.  This is one tool in the box for QCWA and as the 
membership changes, more and more members will be computer users.
