[QCWA] 25 year requirement

Well that is silly.  Invite them to your meetings and events.  Welcome them 
before they reach 25 years licensed and they'll be more likely to join.  We 
frequently have more non members than members and have a breakfast format.

Most people think the dues are too high, especially the LM dues after the 
last change.  The greatest benefit from QCWA has been John Johnstons FCC 
column in the magazine.  I hope he continues it when he leaves office.
