[QCWA] Voting

Hi Walt,

Currently Reply and Reply All do the same thing, post to the reflector.  To 
post to the sender only, the senders email id must be copied from the email 
header and put in the To: area.  drag and drop, cut and paste, whatever you 
want to call it.

The change would be, Reply will post to the sender, Reply All will post to 
the list, (which includes the sender).

Reply All doesn't change.

Reply could change, based on the votes received.

I hope this is more clear.
