[QCWA] Reflector Survey

Someone else has already suggested this (Was it K2GAS?
I've already lost that message.) so it's not
original, but is there any way by which the person
posting the reply can choose the option? There are
some replies which I would expect to be of general
interest and probably should go to ALL, but others are
answers to a specific inquiry and do in fact simply
form "Reflector QRM."

If this can't be done right now, then perhaps one of
the more computer literate among us could figure a
way.
