Reply All.

By default the REPLY ALL  goes to everyone, that can't be changed.

If you make the REPLY go to the list, then it will do about the same 
thing as the REPLY ALL  button does.

I belong to another list that has the Reply going to the list, and 
it is confusing.   Many messages ment just for the one person who 
started a topic get on the list for everyone to read.

If you make the REPLY button go to the list, you will have to get 
the address of the one person you wish to email and cut and paste 
the address in the TO field and delete everything else.  It is a lot 
of work to just reply to the one person who originated the message 
and not bother everyone else.
