[QCWA] Stan Oehmen - K7BZ Silent Key - QCWA Member #1065

I had the privilege today of honoring another QCWA member, the obituary for 
Stan arrived today.  Chuck received it from his daughter and forwarded it to 
me.  It covers a life dedicated to learning and excellence.

In the midst of  the accompanying items was a copy of part of the February 
1968 QCWA Newsletter that had, at least for me, some very important 
information.  You see, Stan's father was Oscar, W2KU, QCWA Charter Member 
#38 and this newsletter contained Oscar's obituary from 1967.
