I'm sorry to inform you of the passing of Thomas B.J. Atkins, VE3CDM on 
Tuesday September 18th.

I had the pleasure of working with Tom while he was a QCWA National 
Director.   Tom was the current President of  the Fred Hammond QCWA Chapter 
73.
