[QCWA] Resolved: HTML Add ons to AOL Email

I write and distribute newsletters for WV Chapter 30 using Microsoft Outlook
and what I assume to be plain text, no pictures, no attachments and no
unusual fonts.  All of my e-mails with multiple addresses in the address
header bounce.  Even when they go to a re-mailing address like arrl.net they
bounce if the mail is forwarded through AOL.  Once mail is bounced they seem
to block all mail from my address.  I assume they block my mail as being
Spam.  After a few days I am able to send individual notes to the users that
had mail bounced.

I have discussed this problem with other hams sending out newsletters
through AOL and they tell the same story.  I once called the AOL webmaster
who told me the problem was my ISP and not AOL.  He didn't want to discuss
my problem.
