[QCWA] Elmering 4th & 5th graders in "near space" applications of
amateur radio

The following is about an after-school science program, Near Space
Explorers (NSE), started this year by Matt Nowinski whose daughter is
one of the students. Details are found here:

Matt and the kids are now planning to develop an experiment to be
carried aloft by a future balloon launch by the Vienna Wireless
