[QCWA] First daylight saving time and silent keys

I am at 88 begining to wonder about some of our members. First there seemed to be a cry about daylight saving settings. I have found that your computer is being set by the server you are using or by automatic update from microsoft.
Next is the cry about mistakes in the silent key list. At 88 Ihave created a file in my computer listing everyone to be notified, that includes QCWA, ARRL and all other organizations , social security, insurance companys etc. Next besides the file I put all the info on a disc. If the a death certificate is needed the info is there. Don't blame the proof readers and everyone else. Do something about it yourself.
