John seems to have LOTS of time on his hands, and also seems to be 
able to catch errors easily.  I suggest that he be offered the job of 
checking the SK page each issue. If this doesn't fix the problem, it 
might shut him up.  The causes and difficulty have been explained to him.
If he were my age, he might be excused, but a youngster like him 
should be more polite.
