[QCWA] EdisonChapter #196 meets Monday, March 12th at Steak & Ale, Fort Myers, Florida

Greetings!! It's almost Spring, so the cold weather should be vacating 
the North soon. (Punxatawney Phil saw his shadow, so winter is due to 
end on March 16th ... isn't that six weeks after Feb. 2nd??)

Edison Chapter #196 will meet Monday, March 12th, at 11:30 a.m. at Steak 
and Ale, on Cleveland Avenue, in Fort Myers. Hope our winter visitors 
will be with us again, since I missed seeing them last month. The best 
part of the meeting was when Hugh Pulliam-W4SEM was presented his 75 
year certificate by none other than the QCWA president, John 
Johnston-W3BE. How proud we are of Hugh!! You'll see his photo in a 
forthcoming Journal.

Do try to attend our luncheon on Monday and invite a guest. If you know 
of anyone who is eligible to join QCWA, please invite them to come along 
and look us over. We'll do our best to make them feel welcome.

Also, we cordially invite any QCWA members traveling through the area to 
join us. Visitors are always welcome!
