[QCWA] QCWA Ch91: change in the day-of-the-month for our general meetings

  We have changed from the 2nd Saturday to the 3rd Saturday of each  
month in order to accommodate a number of our members who have other  
commitments on the 2nd Saturday.

Except  when particular circumstances dictate a different date, QCWA  
Vic Clark Chapter 91 will now be scheduling our monthly meetings or  
tours on the 3rd Saturday of each month.
