[QCWA] QCWA 220

I was trying to post my first QCWA message to
the bulletin board to announce our Southern 
Oregon Coast Chapter 220 meeting, but all
I get back is "Failure Notices"

I tried the mailto:QCWA at mailman.qth.net and
and the plain old mailman at qth..net and clicked 
on the    post: mailto address.

I didn't send any exotic HTML or anything.

The "trying to post msg"
was the first one that got through.

What's the secret, Jeff?
