Open for the first time in 2005, le CQ XCW contest will be once more on the 
air this end of October, 28 and 29.

The main goal is to promote contacts between radio operators interested in 
improving their morse code skills when sending and receiving messages under 
difficult operating conditions (i.e. especially when some big guns in a 
phone contest forget deliberately, the phone limits of the  IARU band 
plans).
