Subject: [QCWA] QSL Cards Wanted

To National Board Members and Directors and
All Central Oklahoma Chapter 63 members;

First of all, I wish each and everyone of you and yours a blessed
Thanksgiving Day. So many seem to forget how blessed we are as a
Nation to have such a holiday to celebrate.

Secondly, I am requesting QSL cards from ALL of you. It truly means a
lot for to me, more than most hams realize. I would appreciate your
help and contribution, for it will make this dream come true. My idea
is to collect as many cards from as many past and present members as
possible that helped to make the QCWA and the Central Oklahoma Chapter
63 possible. Should you have any SK's cards you'd like to donate,
please do; they would truly be greatly appreciated as well. The cards
will be on display for everyone who drops by the QCWA table at the ham
swap meets to look through. You will be able to stop, pause, and
remember the wonderful memories and the great many stories, from both
the past and the present. My hope is to keep their memories alive
with those of us who remain, by not forgetting the Silent Keys. They
were our buddies and best friends; who have now gone on before us to
the Great Celestial Ham Shack above and will never have an unanswered
CQ - again.
