[QCWA] INTERESTING QCWA FACTS:

Not interesting at all, just  a sad commentary on the state of QCWA and 
amateur radio today.

Chapters are listed as inactive if they don't file an annual report on time, 
some don't file a report because there isn't anyone left to file it.  This 
year of the ten chapters that changed status, 8 went inactive and two 
reactivated.  I know at least one of the 8 that is active, they just didn't 
get the report in on time.

Chapter 24 was in Israel, our roster still show's five 4X  members.  I don't 
know why they quite filing a report.  They might have just quit meeting or 
if maybe they are all SK.
