The answer to what is MRT?  MRT is acronym for "Mobile Radio Technology" 
Magazine. MRT also an e-mail Bulletin, which I am subscribed to. This is 
sent weekly.

By the way - MRT magazine caters to the Land Mobile Industry and is a good 
source for keeping up with what the commercial side of things are doing 
regarding communication issues as well as articles that follow the wees and 
woes of the FCC in their spectrum allocation issues.
