[QCWA] Flag Pole Antenna

We had a related but slightly different situation arise in Michigan
recently.  A guy (not a ham as I recall) who was a retired marine, was
in some sort of restricted community.  Their rules said he could fly the
U.S. flag only and he wanted to fly the Marine Corps flag.  I think he
lost, although I'm not sure that it's not presently in appeal.

Wish I could remember the title of the law.  A law was passed last year 
stating a Home Owners Association could NOT prohibit the flying of a US 
flag, though I don't remember whether it mentioned flagpoles, rather 
than hangers on the front of a house.
