[QCWA] Flag Pole Antenna

Yeah thats the way to go.  But even then some of the communities
out here got wise to what the flagpole was doing and the idea
was rejected.  3 Nearby communities actually forced those who
tried it to withdraw it.  The one remaining solution which works
quite well is if you have any attic space at all get some ribbon
wire that has like 4 or 5 conductors in plastic, then wrap it
around the attic and staple it or stick it to the wood to hold
it up and rigid.   Then trim eash lead (starting with the lowest
freq (longest one) and use it on the lowest freq your tuner can
handle for matching.  Next cut the next lead shorter (both sides
of center feed point) and do the same thing until your run out of
leads.   Feed it at the center with twin lead or even coax will do
and let the TUNER tame things down for you so you dont damage
the output stages of your rig.   This was a last resort thing
for many local hams and it worked out quite well.
