[QCWA] FRN Nr for License Renewal

I dug out my info on renewal of my ham license but could'nt find any
FRN nr on the license nor any of the associated forms that were sent
to me by the FCC. Last time around in Nov 1998 I asked a friend to
do the renewal for me via ULS system. He did but somone said the
FRN nr is printer right on the original License.  I'll be darned if
it shows up anywhere on mine.  I do remember the password however
that I used.  Also it appears from the latest info just received
a couple of weeks ago says that the ULS has been changed to CORES
or something to that affect.  Anybody got a url for CORES or ULS??
