[QCWA] Presidential Awards

PRESIDENTIAL AWARD:  this award, or as many such awards as the President may choose, can be given in any year. Only the President can make the award.  The Board may only recommend recipients.

The Presidential Award can be and has been conferred on non QCWA members and even non-amateurs.  Two FCC employees were recognized in 2002 and no awards were given in 1997 or 1999.  So, if you know of anyone that serves the Amateur Radio community at a local. national or international level and goes above and beyond in that effort, I suggest you forward their name and accomplishment(s) as well.  It will make them fell good and the publicity won't hurt us either.
