[QCWA] QCWA Chapter91's new website: fixing the broken link to it

I have received some complaints about the link to this website being  
broken in the above message:

http://homepage.mac.com/rrucker/chapter91/

Try the one above; it should work for you if the other one didn't.

Apparently not all email-handling software follows the convention  
that any short string of characters between chevrons, like this:    
<someURL>   should not have extraneous characters, like line-feeds or  
carriage-returns, inserted between the chevrons.

The email client and email service provider that I use do respect  
this convention, so my round-trip testing of my earlier message  
before I sent it out showed no problems.
