[QCWA] QCWA at Raleigh, NC, Hamfest this past weekend

At the Raleigh, NC, hamfest this past Sunday, April 23,
I was very happy to see that the Piedmont Chapter had
a booth in the commercial exhibit section of the hamfest
with the QCWA banner proudly displayed.

Unfortunately, in the dozen or more times I went by the 
booth, I was never able to find an actual person there to 
discuss their chapter.  But having a QCWA presence at 
a hamfest as large as Raleigh was certainly a positive 
thing.  

Way to go Piedmont Chapter.
