[QCWA] Corespondance to the Board and Canidates

I guess I need to hear what changes are being proposed.
Change for the sake of change is almost always bad.
Change to correct deficiencies or improve an organization can be a very
positive thing.

Harvey......we must change to accomodate the new generations of radio
amateurs who dont have the same interests as those of us
from the vintage years.
In years gone by most joined QCWA as a mark of distinction and desire to
be
part of that elite group.
Now it is not uncommon for a candidate to ask "what can QCWA do for me?"
