[QCWA] CW Speed test.

All I know is that when took my Extra class CW test here in
Honolulu, there were no such things as VEC's and we went to
the FCC examiners office to do it.   We also brought my own
bug an old Vibroplex original.   Both KH6WM and myself took it.
He asked if he could use my bug too and of course I said.
When the  young kid that was the CW Testor saw the bug he
said "oh you dont need that" and he pulled out a regular hand key
mounted on a base.   We told him per regs we were entitled to use
a bug in the rules, and also a mill to do the copying test.
He had a worried look on his face but handed us the text paper
to be sent, and just listened and watched his wrist watch.
After a min or so he just raised his hand and said ok thats enuff!!!!
Then we proceeded with the written exam.     Bill and I had
difficulty in not breakeing out into laughter during the CW exam.
