Fred sold the W5YI group several years ago and I don't believe the he is
involved any more.  Why don't you goto the W5YI.org web site.  The
license renewal from the web site is:

I tried all the leads to get email to W5HI  (Fred Maia) but all
rejected.
fmaia at texas.net  apparently is not a valid email addr and has rejected
3 times when I try to query him about renewing my license for a fee!
Could it be that he is a SK??
