[QCWA] email addr for W5YI

I tried all the leads to get email to W5HI  (Fred Maia) but all rejected.
fmaia at texas.net  apparently is not a valid email addr and has rejected
3 times when I try to query him about renewing my license for a fee!
Could it be that he is a SK??
