[QCWA] morse vs cellphones

Sorry.  Guess I was half asleep at the time.  I was watching
the teams raising their arms to ack completion and I could'nt
be sure but thought saw the cell-phone raise theirs first.
Maybe they got over rulled on it I dont know.  I copied some
of the CW though as he sailed along (even half asleep)
as had done for 40 years with Sig Corps, Wd Radio, Airlines, etc.
