Is there an FCC verification?
If so, why hasn't FCC Rule 97.199c been modified? Or an addition or other
modification to the FCC rules.
I don't understand the problem! Is there one?
Has any US Amateur been questioned or notified o any violation of their
operating practice? Does it make any difference?
