[QCWA] New Chapters on the Air webpages

Hi All,

I've added the four time zones to the Chapters on the 
air list.  The five times shown are (L)ocal or (Z)ulu time, 
Pacific Standard, Mountain Standard,  Central Standard 
and Eastern Standard times.  
http://www.qcwa.org/chapters-on_the_air_chpt.htm still 
lists the  nets by chapter number.  This is the one you go 
to when you select Chapters on the Air from info-center.

http://www.qcwa.org/chapters-on_the_air_day.htm is new 
and lists the nets by the day they are on and by the time they 
actually are one the air.  Chapter 63's net at 0800 Central 
Time is listed after Chapter 112's  net at 0830 Eastern 
Time because it really happens 1/2 hour later.

The two notes remind you that most of AZ stays on standard 
time and the times listed are standard time.  Add an hour 
for daylight savings times.

Check out your chapters net(S) and let me know if I typed 
or calculated any of the times wrong.  After typing and 
staring at them for several hours, they start looking the same.
