[QCWA] Strange Propagation

Anyone know how I can find an older hams name/address (probably SK now)
of W5DFV?  Not located in 1970 callbook so assume mid-60's???

No Norm,  I called all the local TV outlets Cable companies, SATTV's etc
way back 3 years ago and nobody knew anything about chnl 60 doing a
broadcasting (24 hrs a day), they were oblivious to it.
