[QCWA] Obtaining GOLD 70 Ye certificate?

My self and KH6GI are about due for our 70 year service award
certificates.  Does anyone have a contact (email) where we may
submit our claim for the certificate???  I know many of the
officers have been switched and not sure who actually issues
the certificates now.  KH6GI and I plan to take our own Pics
of us both holding the new Gold certificates once received and
will need to fwd them to proper email addr for inclsion in the
Journal.
